• We ship only within Lebanon.
• Orders are processed within 12 hours and delivered within 1-4 days.
• Shipping is free for all orders.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 5 days if the product is unused and in its original packaging.
• Refunds are issued after inspection and approval.
• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days.

7. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once processing has begun, cancellations are not possible.
