   Orders are processed within 12 hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Destinations
   We currently ship only within Lebanon.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
   If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order details.
